About me

Before I founded Grow My Success, I held a number of senior leadership positions in the tech industry. Throughout my career, I came across individuals who on paper you might say had it all - fancy titles, promotions, 6 figure salaries and yet they were not happy, healthy or fulfilled. I also came across people who were extremely talented with lots of potential but were stuck in one or more areas of their life that held them back from reaching their full potential. I was both of these people at different times. I started to wonder, why is it that so many of us feel this way at certain stages in our life and what can be done to ensure more people feel empowered to experience happy, healthy and sustainable success.

I was fortunate throughout my career to have access to world class coaching training. I knew coaching was the answer but for it to truly make an impact it needed to be coaching with a difference. I took the decision to leave my corporate job and become an ‘Accredited Coach with Neuroscience’ and it was here that I discovered that difference. I now dedicate my life to helping others live fuller lives. I do this by helping them optimize their internal state first, get clarity on a path forward, strengthen their mindset, their ability to manage emotions and ensure the actions they are taking in all areas of their lives are aligned with who they are and the vision they have for their one precious life.

I believe that what we truly need to be happy and successful is to take the time to work on ourselves consistently. There are no quick fixes. If we do that, external success will follow but it will be ‘success’ that feels fulfilling. It will be ‘success’ that is meaningful to you and built on solid foundations.
